A former U. S. Attorney and a former U. Customs and Border Protection officer have admitted they had used a drug meant to treat erectile dysfunction to increase the risk of seizures.
Pete Klee, who has pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a controlled substance, admitted he and his partner, Mark and James Durey, also a pharmacist, had engaged in a “conspiracy” to possess drugs with intent to deliver, according to a U. Attorney's Office statement.
